30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, clear photos of the product and a short explanation of the issue.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby care and feeding products cannot be returned after they have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide further instructions.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or colour, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
