\n If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us\n as soon as possible. Please include your order number, clear photos of the\n product and a short explanation of the issue.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Returned items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.\n Items that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer may not be\n accepted for return.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby care and feeding products\n cannot be returned after they have been opened or used, unless they arrived\n damaged, defective or incorrect.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n For returns caused by a change of mind or other non-defective reasons,\n customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is\n damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so\n that we can provide further instructions.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different\n product or colour, please return the eligible item and place a new order.\n <\/p>\n\n
